We are pleased to introduce new capabilities within Champion Cleaners to give you access to your account with us.
With this system, you will be able to do a lot of things, including:
- maintain your name, address and phone numbers,
- see the clothes you have cleaned,
- update your credit card information,
- select options for getting our Printed Newsletter and our news E-News,
- be notified when your order is ready for pick up (for store customers)
- cancel Home/Office Delivery service during vacations
- request "On Demand" Home/Office Delivery service
- be reminded when you forget to pick up you order
- update your credit card information on a secure server
- pay your Champion bill on a secure serve

Our new E-News is different from my "Dry Cleaning News" that I mail monthly. It will have frequent specials that will be available nowhere else. And it will have information about clothes, fashion, fun and community events. Your account is set up to automatically subscribe with your CustomerConnect account. You can decline the E-News but I hope you won't. You can easily opt out at a later date if you decide you don't want this later.

For first-time users setting up your account on CustomerConnect:
- Click near the bottom of the log-in area where it says, "Sign In."
- Fill out the name and address and other information requested.
- In the space where your "Home Phone" is requested, please use your designated phone number.
- Be sure to set up your password. If you ever forget it, we can reset it temporarily and then you can change it to almost whatever you want.
- If you are a monthly billing account customer, when you get to the Available Options section, please keep the default option of "E-Mail (.PDF file)." This will allow us to e-mail your monthly statement to you. We want to be environmentally friendly and not keep printing and mailing about 1,000 monthly statements each month. We hope all of our monthly billing customers will select this option rather than "Print" due to the high cost of printing and mailing monthly statements. Within the next few months, we will begin a monthly billing fee of $2.95 a month when you require a printed statement to be mailed or when you mail a check in rather than pay your account with an automatic credit card transaction that you can set up below. There will be no billing fees when your account is paid with a credit/debit card.
- The next section is "Credit Card" where you can set up your credit card for either automatic monthly billing or for automatic billing when you get your clean clothes back. Customers using our FREE Pickup and Delivery Service must provide credit card information and use the automatic billing option.
- The next section is Preferences. Make your choices...and change them anytime you like.
For Returning Users of CustomerConnect:
- Input your e-mail address and password. If you don’t remember your password or e-mail address, just give us a call during normal business hours and we can re-set it for you. After resetting your password, you should go back to your account and reset it again (so that we don’t know your password). Our systems do not allow our Customer Service Representatives to have access to your sensitive credit card information or password.
- Go to the Customer Information tab across the top of the page to change your name, address and phone numbers or to the Credit Card tab for changing credit card information.
Thanks for using CustomerConnect. I hope you find it useful. Please keep in mind that when you make these changes, they are not immediately reflected in your account. One of our Managers will review the request, make sure things look right and then release them to your account. We will typically handle this within 24 hours on weekdays. You can always call our office and ask a Manager to update the information that you just submitted…of course, during normal business hours.
