I don’t know about you, but I get really mad when a shirt comes back from the cleaners with a missing or broken button. So here’s what I’ve done: We carefully inspect each shirt and blouse to make sure all buttons are in tact before completing your order. If we don’t replace any button, return it to us unworn and we’ll give you $5.00...and we'll replace the missing button. Don’t take this wrong, I didn’t set up this policy so that we could give away five-dollar bills--I set it up so that we would meticulously check your buttons to find the missing and broken ones so we don’t lose the five bucks.
