We already offer free dry cleaning pick-up and delivery. But we wanted to make your life even easier!

To speed up your in-store pick-up process, we now offer “Call Ahead Pickup Service.”

Just two easy steps are involved to use the service:

1. Call us 15 to 30 minutes before your arrival. We cannot effectively do this with a call at, say 10:00 am for a 5:30 pm pickup. But we can do it with a 5:15 pm call for a 5:30 pm pickup. Tell us your ETA and we’ll do our best to have your cleaning ready.
2. When you arrive at one of our stores, tell us you called ahead for a pickup. Otherwise, we might be looking for your items on our conveyor rather than in the “Call Ahead” section of the store.

We will have your order pulled and waiting (unless we are so covered with customers in the store that we can’t get it before your arrival). All you need to do is settle up on the order and you’ll be on your way.

But please understand that we will first attend to the customers already in the store when you arrive. This service doesn’t get you to the front of the line.
